    Safe Driver Advantage:
    Customers who qualify - no accidents, violations or major comprehensive claims in their households - could benefit from our Safe Driver Advantage.

    Paid in Full Discount:
    Customers who select a paid in full bill plan and pay their Auto policy premium in full, are eligible to receive a discount of up to 5%.

    Multi-Car Advantage:
    If customers insure more than one car with Travelers, they could benefit from our multi-car advantage.

    New Car Discount:
    Travelers new car discount offers customers up to 10% savings on collision coverage.

    Early Quote Advantage:
    Customers who plan ahead and obtain an advance Travelers quote could benefit from our Early Quote Advantage.

    Multi-Policy Discount:
    Customers who combine Travelers auto, home and boat will see savings of up to 15% on each policy!

    Hybrid Vehicle Discount:
    Customers get up to 10% off insurance for hybrids.

    Good Student Discount:
    Young drivers may qualify for a discount for having good grades (A/B average).

    Driver Training Discount:
    Young drivers (under age 21) who complete a driver-training course may qualify for this discount.

    Student Away at School Discount:
    Policyholders with a dependent (under age 25) who goes away to school (100 plus miles away) may qualify for this discount.

    Home Ownership Discount:
    Policyholders who own a home or a condo may qualify for a home ownership discount.

    Accident Forgiveness:
    No surcharge for the first accident for customers who have been with us for four years or more and are incident-free for five years.

    Customers who combine Travelers home, auto and boat will see savings of up to 15% on each policy!

    Homes certified "green" by the Leadership Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) organization may qualify for a discount.

    Loss Free Discount:
    Customers who qualify - no losses or major claims - receive a discount.

    Protective Device Discount:
    Customers who equip their homes with deadbolt lock, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and other fire and burglar alarms may qualify for premium savings.

    Safety Seminar Credit:
    Homeowners and condominium owners who attend an approved safety seminar may receive a credit.

    When it comes to paying your bill, it's all about convenience, ease and choice. Choose the plan that's right for you!


    Automatic Payment Plans

    Forget about bills, stamps and getting your payment in the mail on time. Enroll in one of our convenient automatic payment plans:

      Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment plan: Have your premium deducted from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis or once per policy term.

      Recurring Credit Card (RCC) payment plan: Have your premium charged to your VISA® or MasterCard® on a monthly basis or once per policy term.

    Note: Not available for MA automobile policies. Other restrictions may apply.


    Online Payments:

    Travelers offers you the option to pay your bill online! MyTravelers.com is the place to manage your Travelers accounts online. You can pay your Travelers bills, view your payment history and policy information, and check on the status of your claim.

    The good old hands-on approach. Mail your check or money order to:

    Pay by Phone (featuring voice recognition):

    Check your payment balance and pay your Travelers bill using a touch-tone telephone and have your payment posted to your account the next business day. You can also hear the last payment received, your unpaid balance, as well as information about cancellations, changes, refunds and returned checks using our Billing VRU. Simply call the phone number located in the upper right-hand corner of your Travelers bill and follow the prompts provided.

    Note: Pay by Phone not available for MA automobile policies. Other restrictions may apply.


    Home Banking:

    Make payments using your online bill pay service with your bank or financial institution.

    Note: Not all banks and financial institutions offer this payment method.

Our "Claim U" employee training facility in Windsor, Connecticut - designed to be the best and most comprehensive of its type - supports an industry-leading training curriculum that combines traditional classroom, distance, and hands-on learning.

    At Claim U, our employees gain in-depth knowledge of construction, vehicle repair, liability, and coverage fundamentals, ensuring they are ready to assist customers facing a variety of claim scenarios.


    Prompt catastrophe response

    Catastrophic events can be traumatic. That's why we make sure we're ready to help our customers wherever and whenever disasters strikes. Travelers has hundreds of specially trained catastrophe response experts countrywide who are prepared to be deployed in 24 hours or less to assist our customers. In large-scale disaster situations, we can draw on the strength of our 13,000-person claim organization to ensure all customers are served by Travelers Claim professionals.

    Our fleet of Mobile Claim Headquarters - fully functioning, self-contained mobile claim offices in custom-built RVs - can travel quickly to disaster zones and set up in sites easily accessible to customers. That way, Travelers can immediately start helping businesses and homeowners who have been impacted by a disaster.
